Saathi Support is a free, campus-based peer support programme for students who are going through a tough time or feeling low in mood. 

Student life can bring academic pressure, relationship challenges, financial stress, and uncertainty about the future. When these challenges build up, they can start to affect how you feel day to day. 

Saathi Support was created to offer support early—before things feel overwhelming. 

You’ll meet with a trained student peer (called a “Saathi”) who will support you in learning and practising helpful ways to cope.
