Dr Daniel Michelson
Daniel is a clinical psychologist and researcher dedicated to improving mental health support for children, young people, and families who face barriers to accessing effective help. He develops and tests practical, evidence-based approaches that can be delivered outside specialist clinics, in places like schools, university campuses, youth clubs, and community organisations. He is also involved in creating low-cost digital mental health tools. Daniel works closely with young people and families to ensure that services and interventions are shaped by their real-life experiences, needs, and priorities. He is currently a Clinical Reader in Youth Mental Health at King’s College London.
