Been feeling stressed lately,
and looking for support that actually
fits your needs?

What this space offers you ?

The Saathi Support Programme is a campus-based peer support programme that helps college students seek the right support to deal with the challenges of student life, from low mood and academic deadlines to financial worries, social pressures, relationship or family concerns, and uncertainty about the future.

It is a guided, evidence-based programme co-designed with students and psychologists to support wellbeing and build coping skills. It centres on conversations with a trained student peer ( called a“Saathi”) who listens and offers support at your pace.

The programme is part of the METROPOLIS research project and is offered at selected campuses in Delhi-NCR.
