The Mental Health Confab, headed by the Youth for Mental Health Foundation, was a groundbreaking initiative that put youth mental health front and center through the transformative power of art, storytelling, and open conversations. In collaboration with It’s Ok To Talk, a mental health storytelling campaign by Sangath, the Confab became a dynamic hub where psychology met creative expression and advocacy. By uniting young mental health enthusiasts, professionals, and organizations, it aimed to ignite meaningful connections and build a stronger support network across Delhi's college communities.

The event centered on empowering young individuals, emphasizing that change begins early. It championed the use of art, storytelling, and shared experiences as tools to foster dialogue, break stigmas, and cultivate safe spaces for expression. Designed for college students aged 18-23, as well as educators, professionals, and mental health advocates, the event inspired participants to explore meaningful and fresh perspectives on mental health.
Through interactive sessions, performances, and engaging activities, the Confab reimagined mental health advocacy as a youth-driven movement. It celebrated the unique voices, ideas, and creativity of young individuals, aiming to lay the foundation for a future that is inclusive and supportive.
