Aahana Singh

Assistant Research Coordinator

Aahana Singh holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Manchester. Her research interests lie in adverse childhood experiences, youth mental health, and women’s health. Throughout her studies, she has conducted smaller independent research projects and supported wider research initiatives, gaining experience in literature review, participant engagement, and contributing to projects that aim to better understand lived experiences of health and care.

She co-led Girl Up Naaz, a female youth society at Amity University, working at the intersection of youth engagement and women’s health advocacy. She has also spent time teaching children and assisting clients through preliminary support work.

Alongside her academic work, Aahana has a creative inclination and enjoys design, photography, and finding inventive ways to approach otherwise ordinary tasks. She is also interested in how research, storytelling, and creativity can come together to make ideas more accessible and meaningful. Through this work, she hopes to contribute to research that centres people’s experiences and advances thoughtful, context-sensitive approaches to health and wellbeing.
