Namra Javed

Namra Javed holds an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, building upon her foundation as an alumna of Delhi University. With a year of professional practice and an additional year of intensive supervised internships, Namra specializes in counseling psychology, employing an eclectic approach that primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additionally, she will soon be awarded the diploma in guidance and counselling by Jamia Millia Islamia university. Namra is not only dedicated to her clinical practice but also serves as the Co-founder of an NGO committed to serving marginalized communities. Through this organization, she also conducts mental health workshops for school children, orphanages etc aiming to foster resilience and well-being from an early age. Furthermore, she actively participates in research projects alongside her professional and philanthropic endeavors. Beyond her professional pursuits, Namra is a versatile individual with a passion for the arts. Having experience in theatre, she enjoys exploring new avenues and experiences outside of her work.
