Tarang Singhal
Project Coordinator
Tarang serves as Project Coordinator on Metropolis at Youth for Mental Health, where she focuses on public engagement and outreach efforts. She is a dedicated Applied Psychology scholar with a passion for understanding human behavior and improving mental health outcomes. She recently completed my degree from Delhi University, where she honed her skills in applying psychological principles to real-world challenges.
What Tarang finds most remarkable about this project is how youth with lived experience are deeply involved and play a pivotal role in driving the research process. It excites her because she is eager to use her knowledge to make a positive impact. Whether through research or community outreach, she strives to contribute meaningfully to the field of psychology and to the lives of those she engages with.
