Tiya Sharma

Tiya is a psychologist with academic training in clinical psychology, guidance and counselling, and research. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology (Honours) from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.

She is primarily interested in translating psychological research into student-friendly, community-based interventions.

Alongside her academic pursuits, Tiya has contributed to the development and implementation of peer support and mental health programmes within higher education settings. Her work integrates evidence-based psychological principles with public engagement, aiming to improve access to mental health resources and strengthen psychosocial support systems for young adults.
